About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Quality Auditors with language expertise in Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting audits on email and chat processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits in accordance with client procedures and internal quality guidelines
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly quality reports with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze trends and perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on recurring quality issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve process quality and reduce errors

Requirements:

  • 2 to 7 years of total experience, with at least 1 year as a Quality Auditor (on paper)
  • Prior experience in email & chat-based processes
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic (written & reading comprehension required)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Must be available for immediate joining and currently located in Hyderabad
