Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compensation & Benefits Associate to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational goals.Responsibilities:Assist in the administration of employee compensation programs, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluationsSupport benefits operations including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave managementMaintain accurate records and documentation for compensation and benefits dataCollaborate with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of compensation and benefits transactionsRespond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies and proceduresParticipate in audits and compliance reviews related to compensation and benefitsAssist in preparing reports and analytics for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodiesStay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to support program enhancementsSkills:Strong analytical and numerical skillsProficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of integrity and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesEducation / Professional Experience/ Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field2–3 years of experience in HR and compensation and benefitsMail your CV to vandana.kumari@us.gt.com
