Job Location: Noida/Indore/BangaloreExp: 5-9 yearsQualification:This role is for Business Consultant. He/She will be responsible for project management therefore it is important for the candidate to have in depth understanding of the WFM tools and project management experience.Should have minimum 5 and maximum 9 years of experience in WFM role where the applicant has worked for all stages of WFM (Forecasting, capacity plan, roster & schedule)Aptitude in creative problem-solvingProficiency in MS OfficeFamiliarity with a wide selection of WFM software such as Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX etc. and databases.Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skillsShould be confident and excellent in communication both written and verbalShould be willing to work in an individual contributor roleGraduate in any discipline.Certified Management Consultant is a plusMust be willing to travel as per business requirementJob Responsibilities:Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirementsMeeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situationCollecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, reading reports etc.)Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causesFormulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reportsPresent findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical adviceDevelop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changesAssist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepanciesProvide guidance for any occurring problems and issuesPartner with Professional Services team to support project management from business capability standpoint.Work as a business knowledge bridge between internal and external team.
