Job Overview
The Online Sales Executive role, based in Delhi, is full-time and targets individuals with up to 3 years of experience. As a junior-level position, it involves driving online sales growth for TEJOO FASHIONS through effective engagement across e-commerce platforms. The executive will focus on enhancing online visibility and managing customer interactions to boost sales and brand awareness. The Sales Executive will also interact with clients over WhatsApp calls and share all necessary materials with clients through WhatsApp.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms with the ability to manage and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces.
- Experienced in executing WhatsApp campaigns, targeting specific customer segments for promotions and new arrivals.
- Skilled in online calling and customer handling to ensure exceptional communication with potential and existing buyers.
- A strong understanding of fashion trends and new arrivals to effectively market the latest products.
- Expertise in social media advertising for clothing brands (Mandatory skill), ensuring effective brand promotion and reach.
- Ability in clothing branding to maintain and build brand integrity and value (Mandatory skill).
- Fluency in English and Malayalam for diverse customer interactions and engagement (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring timely completion of sales objectives.

- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and boost revenue growth.
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions and pricing.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns on social media and other online platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via online channels and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve product offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
