Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced RPA UI Path Developer with a strong background in automation technologies to join our team at our Pune or Indore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Participate in end-to-end automation project lifecycles from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDD).

- Implement and customize workflows based on the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework).

- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and business users.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on development experience in UiPath and Power Automate (.NET).

- Successfully implemented at least 3 full development cycles in RPA projects.

- Strong understanding and practical implementation of REFramework.

- Good knowledge of SAP integration activities within RPA workflows (preferred).

- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience with orchestrator setup and queue management.

- Exposure to AI Center, Document Understanding, or other UiPath advanced features.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
