As an RPA/UiPath Developer/Lead, you will play a crucial role in automating repetitive and manual tasks across various business processes.
You will leverage your deep understanding of RPA principles and your expertise in UiPath to design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable automation solutions.
As a Lead, you will also provide technical guidance, oversee projects, and contribute to the strategic direction of our RPA & Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.

- Analyze business requirements and process documentation to identify automation

opportunities.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for RPA solutions.

- Develop and maintain efficient and reusable automation frameworks and components.

- Implement error handling, logging, and exception management within RPA workflows.

- Conduct thorough testing of developed robots to ensure accuracy and stability.

- Deploy and monitor RPA robots in production environments.

- Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to understand

automation needs and gather requirements.

- Communicate technical design and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical

audiences.

- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and improve existing RPA solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features and RPA best :

- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall RPA strategy and roadmap.

- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on business value and feasibility.

- Define and enforce RPA development standards, best practices, and governance policies.

- Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Oversee the work of junior developers and ensure the quality of their deliverables.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

- Manage end-to-end RPA projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within

budget.

- Manage project risks and issues effectively.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

- Present RPA solutions and progress updates to stakeholders.

- Act as a point of escalation for technical issues related to RPA.

- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the UiPath platform (Orchestrator, Studio,

Robots).

- Ensure the scalability, security, and stability of the RPA environment.

- Manage UiPath licenses and user access.

Required Skills :

- Deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and methodologies.

- Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot development.

- Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.NET/C#, VB.NET, Python) relevant to

UiPath development.

- Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
