Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing and implementing robust web solutions that meet client specifications.

- Oversee the project lifecycle from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support and fostering professional growth within the team.

- Continuously assess and improve development processes, instituting best practices for coding and project management.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new techniques that enhance website functionality and user experience.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience as a website developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

- Demonstrated ability in gathering client requirements and translating them into actionable development tasks.

- Strong understanding of web development technologies including PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.

- Experience leading and mentoring teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
