We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Developer to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge websites for our clients.

This pivotal role requires you to engage closely with stakeholders to collect project requirements, leading a team of developers in designing and implementing robust web solutions that meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team in designing and implementing robust web solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Conduct thorough client requirement gathering sessions to ascertain project needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support and fostering professional growth within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a website developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Demonstrated ability in gathering client requirements and translating them into actionable development tasks.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies including PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, Java Script, and relevant frameworks.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
