Job Description:

Position Summary:

As a Regional Sales Manager specializing in LAP (Loan Against Property), you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our business relationships with clients seeking financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA), a deep understanding of lending practices, and the ability to provide expert financial guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking LAP and Working Capital solutions.

2. Understand clients' financial needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

DSA Network Development:

1. Cultivate and expand a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA) to source potential clients.

2. Collaborate with DSAs to identify and refer potential clients for LAP and Working Capital loans.

Product Knowledge:

1. Develop an in-depth understanding of LAP and Working Capital products and their associated processes.

2. Provide expert advice to clients regarding the suitability of various financial solutions.

Sales and Target Achievement:

1. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting LAP and Working Capital products.

2. Continuously prospect for new clients and opportunities to expand the business.

Market Research:

1. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the LAP and Working Capital segment.

2. Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/PG degree in finance, business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in financial sales, especially in LAP and Working Capital.

3. Strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA).

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial regulations.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Self-motivated and results-oriented.

8. Decent financial knowledge and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends.
