Join our team as a creation Technician, where you'll ensure the safety of laboratory equipment, maintain raw materials, and assist in flavor creation projects under the guidance of our Senior Flavorist. From sensory assessments to localizing raw materials, you'll play a vital role in our innovative flavor development process. Join us to shape the future of flavor science

Your Key Responsibilities:

•    Maintain safety of Laboratory equipment as per regulatory requirement and follow Good laboratory practices 

•    Maintenance of RM , periodic assessment of shelf life and replenishment of raw material as per local and global pallet for creation.

•    Assist Sr. Flavourist in flavor creation projects by blending Flavor formula , sensory assessment to meet the time lines

•    Arranging reference  sample to different affiliates and parallelly help the team to evaluate scale up samples.

•    Preparation of dilution and evaluation of innovative Captive flavor raw material.

•    Assist localisation of RM and sensory assesment

•    Assist VKL Flavors and RM integration and rationalisation.

You bring:

 

UG/PG in Food Tech / Chemistry 
2-3 Years experience in Flavor creation labs
Knowledge of Flavour Raw Matrial 
Good Laboratory Practices
