JOB DESCRIPTION: We are searching for a Director of Operations to be responsible for our Bangalore teams.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Recruit, manage, evaluate, train the team/leads, and ensure overall performance.

- Ensure HR, Finance processes and overall compliance are properly implemented.

- Grow and develop a high-performance work culture and environment.

- Define and implement KPIs to measure and act on the team's performance.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team.

- Coordinate with and manage third party providers.

- Work closely with company's management to ensure smooth operations and collaborations with client servicing, R&D, finance, and other teams.

- You will be reporting to the CEO/COO of the Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 10-15+ years professional experience in Operations Excellence, with at least 5+ year's experience in managing a larger team (minimum 150+ Resources).

- Experience working in the data and information services sector in India.

- Fast thinker, very persistent and results-oriented approach.

- Strong written and oral communication skills; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly; ability to build strong relationships and with internal stakeholders

- Experience of working to and achieving targets

- Self-motivated

- Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles.

- Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize topics within projects, and help team members to remove blocking elements.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: University Graduate (Master or MBA in Finance or Equivalent).
