About the job

 

During this extensive program, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the exciting world of refractories. In a dynamic global environment, your focus will be Finance. You will gain valuable experience from the start by participating in important projects in the company’s strategic growth plans, as well as perform daily functional assignments. At the end of your trainee program, you could be placed anywhere on our global map. The goal of the trainee program is to hire high potential to cover future expert and leadership positions. Find further details below:

  • You apply for a Finance position within the India West Asia Africa Region.
  • Your training assignments will be project-based and measurable.
  • You will gain insights into FP&A, Taxation, Treasury, Financial reporting, Investor relations and Internal Audit along with Global Shared Services.

 

About you

 

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

 

In addition, you:

  • Qualified CA or ICWA
  • Have 1-2 years of working experience (internships count).
  • Are fluent in English (verbally and written).
  • Are willing and able to relocate to any global region in the future.
  • An interest in working in either FP&A, Shared Services, Reporting and Finance, or Internal Audit.
