Experience – 5-8 Years

  • 5+Years experienced hands-on Jira Administrator
  • Strong experience in end-to-end administration of Jira and Confluence Data Centers and also Crowd.
  • Good experience in using Script Runner plugin for advanced administration functionality in Jira including writing custom scripts using Groovy scripting.
  • Good experience in using EazyBIplugin in Jira to construct complex reports and dashboards including creating customized fields using MDX scripting.
  • Good knowledge of using different plugins in Jira and Confluence including some major ones like Portfolio for Jira and Structures plugin.
  • Experience in other tools like Bitbucket, Crowd, Jekins would be preferred, but how to link them with Jira and confluence is a must.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and Ajax would be preferred.
  • Implementing and maintaining Scaled Agile Framework in Jira and also knowledge of key metrics at Portfolio, Program, Project and Team levels.
  • Support for Jira and Confluence Production to Non-Production data refresh.
  • Jira and Confluence Server upgrades.
  • Installing, upgrading, updating license and uninstalling plugins in Jira and Confluence.
  • Troubleshooting and scanning thru logs to identify issues and fixing them.
  • Performance improvements and best practices.
  • Identifying best plugins available in market and document their pros and cons for the architects and business to review and Documentation in Confluence.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. And experience to work in Agile teams.
