- Supports installations and troubleshooting of local infrastructure issues.
- Assists Sr. Engineers with designing and implementing new solutions.
- Helps maintain and update documentation.
- Administers onsite and remote assistance.
- Participates in planning, daily meetings, and backlogs sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
