** for Global Business Resiliency Advisor**
What doesa Business Resiliency Advisor in Global Business Resiliency (GBR) do?
The mission of the Global Business Resiliency (GBR) program is to foster a culture of resiliency through governance, standards, procedures, and activities to ensure our organization can function before, during and after disruptions.
A Global Business Resiliency Advisor will drive development, implementation, testing, education, and maintenance of the Business Resiliency program across the APAC region to ensure ongoing business continuity in the event of an emergency or disaster. They will ensure business recovery plans are detailed and meet Fiserv standards. The individual will work in conjunction with department heads, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders throughout the firm to ensure a high level of program awareness and appropriate preparedness of personnel during the event of a disaster.
What You will do:

Implement Global Business Resiliency Policies and Standards and provide guidance to Business Units to ensure enterprise compliance.
Provide subject matter expertise for Business Resiliency methodology and best practices.
Advise Fiserv business units and corporate functions to document a Business Impact Analysis and Business Recovery Plans for all line of business functions.
Partner with business stakeholders to implement and test planned recovery solutions.
Provide Quality Assurance to ensure plan strategies are sufficiently documented.
Participate in regional Business Resiliency audit & regulatory reviews as required.
Lead development and implementation of solutions to complex business problems to ensure potential risks and exposures are properly mitigated.
Establish and maintain internal and external client, vendor, and internal stakeholder relationships as needed.

What you will need to have:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft products i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi.
6 years of related experience in Business Resiliency, Risk Management, or the financial technology/payments industry.
General knowledge of business operations for a financial technology company.
Experience working in large organizations with matrix relationships and demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership.
Experience in concise communications, presenting, and collaborating with all levels of an organization internally and externally.
Industry recognized Professional Certifications preferred.
Flexibility to travel if needed.
