We are looking for a software engineer experienced in Python Developer.It is based on a next-generation software architecture that demonstrates open-source technologies, model-driven templates and container-based micro-services. Our customers are both internal and external customers of the Blue Planet platform.

The Must Haves:â¯â¯â¯Â 

  • A bachelor's/master's degree in computer science with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
  • A strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithms and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in software development, preferably utilizing Python within a Linux environment.
  • A keen interest and the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and proficiency in new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Experience in creating new software micro-services, libraries, and features for Resource Adapters, NETCONF/YANG based device simulators, and tools for automatic data model generation and RA pipeline development.
  • Competence in developing automated test suites for the purpose of conducting test automation on Resource Adapter (RA) features.
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving product issues discovered during system integration testing and customer deployments.
  • Effective collaboration with both local and remote software development and testing teams.
  • Involvement in all stages of the development cycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation.

         Good To have: 

  • Distributed platforms and stream processing using Kafka or similar systems 
  • Cloud environments (e.g., Docker, AWS, Openstack etc.) 
  • Basic understanding of NETCONF, YANG and Telecom domain
  • Fundamentals of SDN and NFV (Network function virtualization)
  • Interfaces to SD-WAN Controllers, NMS/EMS, Virtualized Infrastructure Managers
