About the Team
The QR & Soundbox team at Paytm provides business tools to help merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data-driven technology.
About the Role
The Sales Team Lead should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations.
Expectations/Requirements

Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
Ensure Visibility Accountability through extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and product sales.
Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and implements new ideas and concepts.
Plan the market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives.
Devise effective communication methods for the team to minimize the expectations vs. delivery gap.
Monitor Quality parameters as suggested by management.
Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales by the team.
Ensure team members are present in the market for regular sales & usage.
Have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout the specified area.
