Job Description:

P2 Power Solutions, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Executives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in sales and marketing within the power solutions industry. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our products, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of our business.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Freshers with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for sales and marketing with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
