What You'll Do:

As our Competitive and Market Intelligence Manager, you will be a key asset within our Go-to-Market Competitive and Market Intelligence team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our leadership, Clients, and various Criteo teams have the strategic insights they need to succeed in the fast-paced digital advertising industry. With a deep understanding of adtech and GTM dynamics, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing our products, competitors, and market trends, translating data into actionable insights to guide decision-making.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM, Commercial, Product, LT, Strategic Enablement, and more, to create assets that empower our teams to win in a highly dynamic landscape. You will not only identify competitive threats but also refine and optimize our Competitive Market Intelligence (CMI) Program, ensuring maximum efficiency in our processes.

Reporting to the Director - Competitive and Market Intelligence, you will be a driving force behind keeping us ahead of the curve.

This role is based in either Gurgaon, India, or Hyderabad, India

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Enablement for GTM Partners and Commercial Teams: Collaborate closely with Commercial CS, Product Marketing, Strategic Enablement, and other teams to craft valuable assets that fuel our GTM strategy. Your role includes building compelling and actionable resources for enabling our commercial (sales) teams, enabling them to engage in meaningful conversations regarding key competitors.

  • CMI enablement for Product Org: Support our Product Solutions, Product, and R&D teams through rigorous competitive feature analysis. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing technology, product roadmaps, use cases, and functionality. You will collaborate with the product team to raise awareness of high-priority evaluations or customers facing competitive pressures.

  • Actionable Resource Development, CMI Platform Management and Communication Strategy: Take ownership of building CMI assets and enablement resources while managing the organization of CMI documents and deliverables within our Internal Centralized CMI HUB Platform. You will be developing actionable resources for enablement initiatives and ensuring effective communication surrounding CMI resources at Criteo by effectively leveraging meetings, training, newsletters, CRM, and our CMI asset collaboration tools.

  • Win-Loss Analysis and CRM Analytics for Measurable Competitive Insights: Perform thorough competition win-loss analysis to discern emerging trends, recognize recurring patterns, and uncover actionable insights. Utilize our CMI tool and CRM analytics to effectively extract valuable competitive insights and track trends derived from client interactions. Additionally, maintain an up-to-date competitive dashboard within the CRM system to provide quick access to essential competitive intelligence.

  • Insightful Reporting: Translate complex data and information into compelling insight stories that drive informed business decisions and foster growth.

  • Visual Communication: Develop visually appealing reports and presentation findings that effectively convey key insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.

  • Competitor Monitoring: Keep a daily pulse on industry news, curating key headlines for internal stakeholders. Issue CI Alerts when significant news impacts our business.

  • Strategic Insights: Lead the development and synthesis of competitive information, proactively detecting market shifts to facilitate the development of mitigation strategies.

  • Support major analyst evaluative research responses, overseeing project management, information gathering, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Respond to analyst requests, manage responses, and coordinate activities with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Who You Are:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in competitive and market intelligence, with a strong background in the Adtech industry, specifically Competitive Intelligence / GTM / product marketing / Sales Enablement or related areas.

  • Work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines and balance multiple projects by prioritizing them effectively.

  • Expertise in creating compelling presentations that effectively train and communicate key findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing presentations (and ideally written reports) for presenting to internal stakeholders and external customers, across all levels

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to align multiple stakeholders and teams

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking for examining market trends, broker research, and other relevant topics.

  • Have the ability to grasp and simplify complex industry, product, and customer concepts

  • Have a bias towards critical thinking, expertise, and action

  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.

Bonus Points For

  • Prior work experience in commerce advertising / Adtech.

  • Familiarity with CRM analytics for competitive insights.
