Associate Director - Product Lead - Wireless - Ekahau


CCIE or equivalent certification with Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, with the last 5 years in large-scale network architecture design, deployment, integration, and implementation.

- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to explain complex technological ideas and concepts in a way that is understandable to a non-technical audience.

- Confident presenter who likes to get in front of stakeholders or any audience to espouse their and the company's technology vision and the merits of products and services.

- Demonstrated management experience of matrix and multicultural teams over several continents.

- Experience of formulating and implementing successful strategic plans in alignment with our security and sustainability strategy.

- Experience working with Senior IT leadership in a strategic context.

- Ability to build and maintain partnerships.

- Significant experience working with vendors, professional services, and providers.

- Having the ability to lead and inspire individuals to adopt a pro-active and predictive mindset over the course of the product lifecycle.

- Encourages the personal development of individuals and teams aligned with the Network strategy.

- Understanding of network patterns and approaches

- Bring Automation first mindset.

- Must have in-depth and technical hands-on experience in SD-WAN, Wireless, Network Security
