Head of Marketing
We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as the Head of Marketing.
You'll work side by side with the CEO, leading the charge in crafting our marketing and branding. Your playground includes everything from sparking creative marketing ideas to forging new business connections and driving initiatives. Your mission? To make sure our company not only grows but thrives in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Brand Positioning and Awareness
- Develop and implement branding initiatives to create a strong, differentiated, and consistent brand image.
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
Customer Acquisition
- Drive customer acquisition efforts through effective digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition channels and enhance conversion rates.
Product Marketing
- Collaborate with Product & Sales teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Partnerships and Collaborations
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach and enhance market penetration.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally to drive joint marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in scaling startups from 1 to 100 (preferably in fintech or wealth-tech domain)
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of fintech products, services, and market dynamics.
- Must be a go-getter and not just a paper-pusher, dependent on assistants for all tasks.
- Must be educated on treating people well and doing business right. No conventional degrees required.
