Location: PAN India
Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of experience and minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Role Purpose: The Global D&I Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives around key diversity and inclusion (D&I) dates on a global scale. This role ensures that regional perspectives are considered and integrated into how the organization marks these dates, both internally and externally.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with regional D&I leaders, the communications team, the social media team, and external partners to create and implement meaningful and impactful activities and campaigns. These efforts aim to position the company as an employer of choice and enhance its external market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination: Lead project planning and coordination around global calendar activities such as International Women’s Day, Pride Month, Black History Month, and Global Accessibility Awareness.
Collaboration with Regional D&I Leads: Work with regional D&I leaders to understand local cultural nuances and regional strategies, incorporating these into global campaigns and events.
Global D&I Awareness Events: Plan and execute global D&I awareness events, ensuring they are inclusive and reflective of the diverse cultures within the organization.
Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and benefits/wellbeing, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
Content Development: Develop content that promotes D&I awareness and educates employees.
Toolkit & Resource Management: Manage the creation of toolkits and resources for regional teams to localize global campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement & Event Management: Oversee stakeholder engagement and event management for global virtual deployments.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of awareness initiatives, providing regular reports on outcomes such as participation rates and engagement levels. Use data-driven insights to refine future campaigns and ensure continuous improvement aligned with global strategy.
