Role Requirements: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and specifications. Define testing scope, objectives, resources, and timelines for each project phase. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts using the Robot Framework Integrate robotic process automation (RPA) into testing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Perform both automated and manual testing to validate software functionality, performance, security, and usability. Utilize tools like Selenium, Appium, and others to execute automated test cases. Create detailed, well-structured test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure test cases cover positive, negative, edge cases, and regression testing Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems like JIRA. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes. Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to assess system behavior under various conditions Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Git Lab CI. Ensure seamless deployment and testing processes within agile development cycles Coordinate with IT team to resolve environment-related issues. Generate detailed test reports, defect logs, and quality metrics for stakeholders. Document test procedures, configurations, and results for future reference. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Proven experience with Robot Framework and other automation tools Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Ability to design and implement automation frameworks from scratch. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor junior team members. Experience with mobile application testing on i OS and Android platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
