Processing Specialist
What does a successful Processing Specialist do at FISERV?
A Chargeback Specialist is responsible for managing and processing chargeback/disputes on behalf of their employer. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with scheme regulations. You will handle first Chargeback fraud/Non-fraud, In-timation mail to merchants, Recovery & Reversal. This role is required to manage critical workload for our UK GBS business
What will you do:

Upload documents into the portal
Send document status to the central team
Handle merchant queries and chargeback intimations
Use Analytical skills to action cases in schemes

What will you need to know:

Full-time graduate, Banking background
Understanding of chargeback life cycle.

What would be great to have:

Knowledge of Excel.
