Processing Specialist

**What does a successful Processing Specialist do at FISERV?**
A Chargeback Specialist is responsible for managing and processing chargeback / disputes on behalf of their employer. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with scheme regulations.
You will handle first Chargeback fraud / Non fraud, Intimation mail to merchants, Recovery & Reversal.
This role is required to manage critical workload for our UK GBS business

**What will you do:**
- Upload documents into portal
- Send document status to the central team
- Handle merchant queries and chargeback intimations
- Use Analytical skills to action cases in schemes

**What will you need to know:**
- Full-time graduate, Banking background
- Understanding of chargeback life cycle.

**What would be great to have:**
- Knowledge of Excel.
