Tele calling Executive

As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting our real estate services. Your goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall growth of our business. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and offerings. Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and other relevant details. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Schedule appointments for site visits with interested clients and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain a database of potential leads and update client information regularly. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Provide excellent customer service to address client queries and concerns in a professional manner. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance selling techniques and strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven. Knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market will be an advantage. Fluency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, Marathi) preferred.
