Title:

Health Insurance Sales Executive Summary:

The Health Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a range health insurance products to individuals and businesses.

The primary goal is to achieve sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business , well maintaining and expanding the existing client .


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Development:

Proactively identify and prospect potential clients, including individuals, families, and businesses, through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand their specific health insurance needs and recommend suitable products and plans. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing various health insurance products to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Maintain accurate records sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess their changing needs and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments or new products. Assist clients with policy renewals, claims processes, and other administrative tasks related to their health insurance policies.

Market Knowledge and Product Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the health insurance industry. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through self-study, training programs, and industry seminars. Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and other internal teams to understand product offerings and pricing strategies.

Reporting and Administration:
Accurately maintain client and sales records in the 's customer management (CRM) system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management. Comply with all policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards related to sales and client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., , Marketing, Insurance) or equivalent experience. Proven experience sales, preferably the insurance or financial services industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Ability to independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Valid insurance licenses and certifications required by or regional regulations.
