Senior Product Manager - NBFC
Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager (SPM) for our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) product team. If you have a strong background in product management within the financial services sector, we invite you to consider the following job description
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our NBFC products, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing enhancements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with business goals.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product improvements.
4. Define and prioritize features, functionalities, and user experience enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
5. Drive the development of product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
6. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of products into existing systems.
7. Analyze product performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
8. Stay informed about regulatory changes in the NBFC sector and ensure product compliance.
