Sales Operations Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing sales processes. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set goals, identify opportunities, and plan for future growth.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Streamline and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth and consistent sales workflow.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Implement and manage sales tools and technology to support the sales team.
Sales Forecasting:
- Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure accurate and reliable forecasts.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness.
- Create regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for the sales team.
- Foster strong inter-departmental relationships to drive organizational goals.
Process Documentation and Compliance:
- Document sales processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and training materials.
Qualifications
- Any B.Tech. / B.E. / MBA /PGDM
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
