In our centralized HR function, you'll be at the forefront of providing direct support and guidance to our employees. You'll be the go-to person for resolving their issues and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. As an HR Services Professional, you will navigate through a diverse range of HR-related transactions. From new-hire onboarding to performance evaluations, benefits, and even employee departures, you'll handle it all with finesse, making each interaction a positive experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to shine as you effectively relay information to our customers, empowering them with the knowledge they need on procurement & Invoicing process. Your exceptional communication skills will make you the rockstar of the team, maximizing customer satisfaction and response accuracy. Your daily job will include reviewing vendor payment request, raising purchase orders, handling stakeholder, validating invoices, maintain excel tracker.

Required Skills and Experience

•5-8 years of experience in a Human Resources function

•Ticket management experience

•Proficient in Microsoft office such as Excel, Word and Power-point

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

•Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated

Preferred Skills and Experience

•Bachelor’s degree

•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
