Participate in cross-functional meetings to review production performance, discuss challenges,and propose solutions for continuous improvement.9. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production planning andcontrol processes.10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to production planningand control.11. Proven experience in production planning and control, preferably in a manufacturingenvironment.12. Proficiency in using production planning software and tools; experience with ERP systems is aplus14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelyacross departments.15. Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in planning and execution.16. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment17.. Experience with capacity planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and inventorymanagement techniques.
