As our Digital Marketing Executive, you won’t just be managing campaigns; you’ll be the maestro of our digital symphony. For our Marketing Division, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for expanding our digital presence and driving strategic initiatives.

**Preferred Education**: Graduate in Marketing, business or related degree.

**Job Accountabilities**

**Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

**Performance Measurement and Optimization**:

- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.

**Creative Growth Strategies**:

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

**Collaboration and Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

**Technology Evaluation and Adoption**:

- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.

**Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills**:

- Creating and maintaining client relationships
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
