We are seeking a creative and dynamic L&D professional with 4 - 6 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective learning and development/capability programs for our employees, while also contributing to key projects related to employer branding, Culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:


In this role your key responsibilities will be:


1. Develop and deliver comprehensive Learning interventions for all levels of employees.


2. Develop, Design & Implement the yearly Learning Curriculum


3. Drive adoption of Keep Growing campus (Internal learning management system)


4. Conduct needs assessments & In-depth Development Plan Analysis to identify the key capability gaps and create customized learning solutions to address these gaps.


5. Identify best in class Learning partners to design the Learning Programs/interventions.


6. Work with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals.


7. Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.


8. Partner to design and implement key DEI initiatives/ projects that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.


9. Responsible for managing quarterly recognitions, R&R analysis, and publishing recognition dashboard.

In addition there may be special projects in the field of HR through the course of the year that the incumbent may be expected to take for his/her personal development


Basic Qualification :


- 4 - 6 years of experience in L&D, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.


- Experience in employer branding and/or DEI initiatives is a plus.


- The role is expected to independently manage end to end L&D planning & execution with minimal supervision. Having relevant experience will fast track the integration in the role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with

stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


- Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.


- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


- Experience with data analytics and reporting.


- Desire to learn and use new software tools


- Should be proactive and willing to take up new assignments and Projects


- High Learning Agility, willingness to experiment and work in a fast-paced environment


- Strong Planning & Execution skills.


- Constant desire to try new ways to engage target audience.


- Strong creative thinking capabilities.


10. Develop and execute employer branding campaigns within the org that showcase our unique culture and values, to drive engagement.


11. Partner on creating innovative and engaging content for internal comms to drive key initiatives and garner engagement.


12. Manage budgets and timelines for L&D and employer branding initiatives.


13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in L&D, employer branding, and DEI.


14. Manage Overall TL&OD Calendar, Budget & keep a close watch on our Key Deliverables through the year with a robust Project Plan to keep projects on track


15. Manage end to end Learning logistics (POs/ Agreements/liaising with third parties)
