We are currently seeking a Data Engineer to join our team in Gurugram, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

 

JD:-

  • Relevant experience of 4-5 Years in Snowflake
  • Should have experience in Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Data warehousing, SQL, and Cloud Computing
  • Good to have – Snowpark.
  • Experience in working on unstructured data.
  • Experience on AWS/GCP/Azure (Any of these – should be for Snowflake)
  • Materialised Views (Must)
  • Python scripting is a must.

Strong experience in Python programming languages

• Experience as a developer / senior developer on big data platforms with strong knowledge of SQL / advanced SQL writing, and Shell Script

• Knowledge of technologies such as Snowflake and Shell Scripting would be advantageous

• Knowledge of different components of the Hadoop Ecosystem – HDFS, Map Reduce, Hive, Kafka, Storm, Oozie, and Sqoop

• Good understanding of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets

• Experience in end-to-end solution development and data pipeline building

• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Platform

• Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems

• Experience in data engineering / data management, and ETL (customized and available tools)

• Experience in data modeling, transformations, and harmonization

• Experience in data integration from multiple sources (structured and unstructured data)

• Knowledge of Java will be advantageous.
