True Tech Professionals is seeking a talented and experienced Data Engineer to join our growing team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions. You will work closely with our data scientists and business stakeholders to develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and various data integration processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with large and complex datasets, enabling advanced data analysis and machine learning models. You will also be responsible for data governance, ensuring data quality and security throughout the organization. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is passionate about working with data.


Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and integration processes.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize databases, data pipelines, and ETL processes for improved efficiency and performance.
  • Implement data quality and security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, including data inconsistencies and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and apply them to improve our data infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
