Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining client relationships in the IT sector and promoting our staffing services.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT sector, including IT consulting firms, technology companies, and IT departments within organizations.

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and offer customized solutions.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and place qualified IT professionals to meet client requirements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business and secure long-term partnerships.

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the staffing industry, with a focus on IT staffing.

- Deep understanding of the IT industry, including technology trends, talent landscape, and client needs.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients at all levels.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
