Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100 PERCENT subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused on manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor Control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. RBAI with its diverse portfolio, not only caters to local markets but also exports products to all major global customers. The Naganathapura Plant (NhP1) is seen as a benchmark in Operational Excellence in AE and Bosch India, using an integrated approach of Bosch Production System (BPS) and I4.0. Organizational Development based on EFQM model.
Developing and refining the organization's long-term goals and objectives based on market trends, competitive analysis, and internal capabilities.
Conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Using this information to position the organization effectively in the market.
Identifying opportunities to innovate and optimize the business model to enhance profitability, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Planning and overseeing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of transformation or strategic shifts.
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success and effectiveness of strategic initiatives like SFP, etc. Making data-driven decisions based on performance insights.
Assessing and mitigating risks associated with strategic decisions, including financial risks, market risks, and operational risks.
Uses effective forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation, and plans for projects. Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to develop a forward-looking focus for business.
Participate in various industry forums, study market and industry trends, government schemes like PLI, etc., and provide proposals to management to build competitive advantage for the Organization.
Support the management and organization in strategic projects, e.g., growth initiatives, organizational development, or restructuring activities.
PMO - Optimize and align PM standards at the plant level. Provide support for special business transformation projects as needed.
Establishes and maintains project governance frameworks and standards to ensure projects align with organizational goals and strategies.
Developing and implementing project management methodologies, processes, and best practices that standardize project execution across the organization.
Prioritizing and managing the project portfolio to optimize resource allocation, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maximize ROI.
Responsible for effective communication within the organization by disseminating important messages, updates, and announcements to employees. This involves using various channels such as intranet, email newsletters, town hall meetings, and internal social platforms.
Ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels to strengthen brand identity and recognition.
Developing and implementing communication plans to address crises or unexpected events that may impact the company's reputation. This includes preparing key messages, coordinating responses, and managing media inquiries.
Developing initiatives to engage employees and foster a positive company culture. This may include organizing employee events, recognition programs, and internal newsletters.
Responsible to ensure COM standards for internal and external communication releases.
Business Excellence Assessment preparation and implementation.
Participate in IPN network (DBE, PMO).
Strategy workshops, Regular reviews.
Manage SPOC network for PMO and Communications.
Marketplace, Event management, Workshop moderation.

Key Deliverables

Efficiency and effectiveness of strategic projects.
BE assessment score.
PjM competency level.

Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech, MBA.
10-15 years experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement.
In addition, hands-on work experience in Internal and external communication practices, preferred.

Additional Information
Technical Competency

Project management certification, Industrial Project management experience.
EFQM certification / Business or operations excellence experience.
Risk management certification / Project risk management experience.
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards in business excellence and quality management.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) strongly preferred.
