About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Process Engineer.

In this role, you will:

Lead Process Mining Engagements with Business PartnersLead group initiatives that encompass research and future state requiring application of specialized knowledge or skills critical to the redesign effortsEnsure effective relationships among the design teams and partnersDevelop root cause research and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimatesEstablish standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methodsEnsure development of metrics that provide data for future improvement opportunitiesEnsure appropriate application of cultural focus, tools, and statistical approachCoach multiple redesign teamsMake decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectivesInterpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managersLead team to achieve objectivesRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education with an overall working industry experience of 15+ YearsCelonis Process Mining Knowledge, PSQL query writing skills.Working experience on AI / ML / advanced data management projects will be an advantagePosting End Date:
