The organization is divided into 5 regions – North, East, West , Deccan and South and have sales / service/ projects teams based in the regions. We are operating in a fast changing technology space with new product introductions happening regularly to keep pace with changing competition landscape Job Title : Clinical Application Specialist - Ultrasound Job location : Pune Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for post and presales application training for new and existing sites

  • System should be successfully handed over to Users and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Clinical application support to users till the time he is confident on handling the system independently.

  • Developing good relations with users/clinicians

  • Developing new sites as a demo/ reference site

  • Application support for regional and national conferences and workshops

  • Application support for Clinical activities; User meet and technicians’ CME for Knowledge transfer.

  • Gather the Info about own products and competitors’ products.

  • Internal sales training on key application tools.

  • Responsible for creating Case studies, Clinical newsletter, testimonials.

  • KOL Development and Management

  • Post installation user training Educational Qualification:

  • B.sc/M.sc / Any r degree in medical imaging Experience:

  • Min 6-7 years of relevant working experience

  • Should have an acumen towards Clinical anatomy, Physiology, clinical procedures and workflow of medical system and devices.

  • Strong experience in Ultrasound pre-sales Behavioral Competencies:

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written

  • Quick learner
