NA Position Purpose

You will work in the Infrastructure & Collaboration Services Tribe in IT Infrastructure which is the interface between business, the rest of IT and our partners in the IT Group of BNP Paribas.

The Windows Security squad in ICS manages the support and services in the following risk- and security-related domains :

·         Authentication

·         Authorization and provisioning

·         Security configuration

·         Anti-malware

·         Vulnerability management

·         Risk management

·         Security monitoring

BNP Paribas Fortis needs a Windows Security expert to reinforce the team.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Your main activities will be situated in these areas :

·         Configuration of the security monitoring tools (Splunk/Elastic Search), analysis of the output and management of the associated actions

·         Active Directory management

·         Windows integrated security and IAM-solutions

·         Migration to AD Azure (advisory role)

You will potentially contribute to the squad’s main activities :

·         Managing the lifecycle management of the squad’s assets and the underlying hardware

·         Migration of the infrastructure component / assets to the IT Cloud 

·         Active Directory hardening and day-to-day management

·         GPO design, implementation and support

·         MS Forefront Identity Manager provisioning, evolution and support

·         Trellix maintenance and support

·         Smartcard maintenance and support

·         Contribution to the Critical Asset Recovery

·         Taking the necessary actions to close risks and vulnerabilities

·         Contribution to audit campaigns and control plans

·         Security-related reporting to management and other stakeholders

Most of these activities are done in close collaboration with our partners of the IT Group in Paris. Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·         Expert knowledge of the Windows-related infrastructure components

·         Expert knowledge of Active Directory

·         Expert knowledge of Windows integrated security (authentication and authorization) and IAM-solutions

·         Thorough knowledge of and experience with the main IT-security principles and best practices

·         Knowledge of AD Azure/M365

·         Knowledge of Powershell scripting

·         Basic Networking knowledge (Proxy, routing, local firewalls, firewalls)

·         Knowledge of Dynatrace

·         Knowledge of security monitoring tools (f.i. Elastic Search, Splunk)

·         Follows the Customer processes for projects, incident and change management
