In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient disbursement of loans while maintaining minimum delinquency. Your contribution will be instrumental in identifying potential business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Sales Executive - Commercial Vehicle, you will work closely with your Supervisor/Manager to:
- Identify potential customers for business opportunities
- Collect and validate customer documents according to organization norms
- Log cases in the system following SOP and disbursement processes
- Achieve the required sanction ratio as per organizational standards
- Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products with guidance from the Supervisor/Manager
- Assist in the empanelment of new vendors and develop strong relationships with them
- Ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations under the guidance of the Manager/Supervisor
