Key Account Manager


1. Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities;

2. Play fundamental role in setting up new businesses; take responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers;

3. Give a rundown of the level of competition and general market activities;

4. Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities;

5. Play a leadership role in the company with a view to achieving budgeted sales;

6. Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually;

7. Responsible for developing long-term relationships with assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders;

8. Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs;

9. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers;

10. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;

11. Forecast and track key account metrics;

12. Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with ops teams to ensure growth attainment;

13. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed;

14. Overlooking the team assigned and their work;

15. End to end project management along with the operational work that comes with it;

16. Should be able to give technical solutions and offerings to the customers.

17. Must work in liaison with the Services Team to ensure the ownership of end to end account management;

18. Track, compare, analyse and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS and Dashboards to management;

19. Assist in internal and external audits.
