Job Summary: Support the Head - Channel Development & Micro Markets for implementation of Channel Management strategic initiatives and driving change management. This position is critical for change management.

Job Description:

1. Analyze channel data, market data (Micro market data ), macro-economic data or any other data input and develop insights for increasing reach and extraction

2. Offer inputs for developing short term and long term strategy and design schemes /campaigns

3. Ensure success of schemes / promotions and disbursement of liabilities within time

4. Design, develop and administer dealer loyalty program and other engagement initiatives

5. Strategically plan and organize dealer tours to ensure effective engagement with channel partners.

6. Oversee and control budgets at both the cluster and Regional Sales Office (RSO) levels

7. Establish and maintain governance protocols for the Customer Master database, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

8. Assess capabilities, define training needs and conduct training programs & coaching for achievement of target matrices

9. Oversee the efficient management of databases- SAP systems, to enhance data accuracy.

10 Support the development and management of a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) for the region.
