As a Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Your responsibilities include analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and communicating findings to key stakeholders. Your insights will inform strategic decisions that drive business growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company that values data-driven decision-making.

In Your First 30 Days:

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's data infrastructure and tools.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders.

In Your First 60 Days:

We will count on you to:

  • Understand project requirements from stakeholders via kick-off calls and regular interactions.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to collect data in the compensation and benefits domain.
  • Cleanse, process, and validate data for analysis.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends in complex data sets.
  • Create basic dashboards and reports using MS Excel and other software.
  • Manage project tasks and deliverables on agreed SLAs.
  • Improve processes and achieve efficiencies through automation.
  • Work in an Agile team environment.

What you need to have: 

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Confidence, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail and a passion for service delivery.
  • Basic to intermediate statistical aptitude
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Preferred: Programming skills in languages like VBA, Python, R, etc.
  • Team player with a high IQ
  • Corporate skills and experience in a globally matrixed and multi-geography, multi-cultural offshore service delivery environment
  • Strong experience in Survey Programming using Qualtrics.
