Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our public image in a manner that promotes our values and mission. This individual will be adept at handling media relations, crafting compelling content, executing strategic PR campaigns, and managing PR efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews, press releases, and media events.
  • Content Creation: Write and distribute press releases, articles, newsletters, and other PR materials. Ensure content aligns with the company’s voice and message.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns to promote our products, services, and initiatives. Track and report on campaign performance.
  • Global PR Management: Develop and implement global PR strategies that align with our international growth objectives. Coordinate with regional PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across all markets.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage potential PR crises. Act as the primary contact during crises, ensuring accurate and timely information is disseminated.
  • Brand Management: Monitor public and media perception of the company. Work to enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, social media, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies. Provide PR support for product launches and other initiatives.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. Use insights to inform PR strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in media public relations or client site.
  • Proven track record of successful media placements and PR campaigns.
  • Experience in managing global PR efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital PR strategies.
  • Strong network of media contacts is a plus.
  • Experience with crisis communication is highly desirable.
