Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with vendor management, program management, or content moderation.
Experience with stakeholder management and execution.

Preferred qualifications:

Manage vendor operations for vendor teams and meet all SLAs.

Identify improvements in processes, tools, data, and metrics, and partner with relevant teams to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Lead projects by defining clear objectives, dependencies, risks, and mechanisms for follow-through.
