Head - Sales


About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our efforts in acquiring and developing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), and large institutions. This role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Management: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on HNWIs, UHNWIs, and institutional clients.

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, cultivate, and build strong relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, and institutional investors.

- Deep Market Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the HNW, UHNWI, and institutional investment landscape, including market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

- Product Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of the company's investment products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to potential clients.

- Revenue Generation: Drive the achievement of ambitious sales targets and manage a high-performing sales pipeline.

- Team Coaching & Development: Coach and develop your sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (required).

- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry (required).

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth in a competitive environment.

- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

- In-depth knowledge of investment products, portfolio management strategies, and financial instruments relevant to HNWIs, UHNWIs, and institutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
