We are currently seeking an Associate Order Management for Hyderabad Location who will be responsible for Customer Order Processing & Invoicing.
What weâll get you doing:
- Customer Order Evaluation: Associate should check the customer Purchase order correctly with Reference to (Customer name, Address, GST No., PART No., Order quantity, Value & TAX) Before Entering the order in system.
- Customer Order Invoicing: After the order is approved by the sales manager Associate should check (Customer name, Address, GST No., PART No., Order quantity, Value & TAX) before Invoicing to the End customer.
- Independently handle Internal & external customer queries. Sending order confirmation to customer on timely manner. Co-ordinating with Internal stake holder (Finance, logistics Marketing & procurement departments) to serve customer on timely manner.
- Pro-actively inform sales and customer if there is any delay in consignment. Support team memberâs during shorthand.
The essential requirements of the role include:
- Graduate in any stream from Reputed University.
- Minimum 2+ year of Experience in customer support role.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skill.
- Ability to Multitask, Prioritize & Manage time Effectively.
- Motivation and desire to be successful with a âcan doâ approach, maintaining a positive attitude, being a Team player, striving to learn and to contribute to company culture.
- Should be a Team Player.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- MSCRM
- Microsoft D365
