Job Description:

Role : Sales IT ManagerLocation : Gurugram, India

Job Context:

  • Partnering with Business to identify and shape their requirements to be delivered thru IT and Digital solutions Detailed understanding of sales business processes in FMCG industry, particularly in Distribution domain.

  • Detailed knowledge of Distributor Management System (DMS) and Mobility solution, Other Core Sales IT areas like Sales Force Automation, Business Intelligence solutions on technologies like Power BI etc.

  • Detailed understanding of IT application solution design & development, Technical Architecture frameworks for building robust IT solutions Lead role in

  • Data Analytics solutions like SKU recommender, Sales Route planning, Sales Force incentive planning etc.

  • New Technology projects like Digital Payments, Image recognition Analytics, Chat Bot etc.

  • Establish business case/ROI for IT projects and take the project through approval process with Sales and other Global IT stakeholders Capability to identify new technology led solutions to deliver business benefits. Continuously scan the external environment to identify suitable technology trends, best in class IT led solutions in FMCG, Retail industry. Driving Adoption on the field of all the IT initiatives

Major Key Responsibilities:

  •  Partner with Sales and Marketing business to Identify new IT, Digital led projects and bringing in best suited technology innovations at a fast pace to drive business benefits.

  •  Deliver these IT and Digital led innovation projects as per times lines, budget to realize tangible business benefits.

  •  Identify suitable vendor partners and lead vendor teams to deliver the program.

  •  Support existing applications and ensure stable resilient IT landscape.

  • Liaison with Global IT team to understand Global IT capabilities in Sales area and work with Global IT team, IT vendor partners to drive these projects

  •  Interface with Procurement on contracts, commercials etc.


Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in managing the Sales IT infrastructure from FMCG background preferably
