We are seeking for  experience and motivated Agency development manager to join our team

Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency network
Recruit, train, and support new and existing agencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
Monitor agency performance and provide feedback to ensure targets are met
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to keep agencies updated on products and services

Candidate requirements:-

Candidate should be local.
Experience :-  mini 2 -3 years of experience in field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
Age :- 21 -38 years
